Universal Robots 6-axis Force Torque Sensor
The Universal Robots Force Torque Sensor Kit, powered by the SensONE Series 6-axis force torque sensor, is a plug-and-play solution for Universal Robots’ CB and E-Series. Its compact, lightweight design maximizes payload capacity, while the robust, stiff structure withstands overloads and cyclic loads with high sensitivity, ideal for sanding, polishing, deburring, assembly, and product testing.
The kit comes with all components needed to mount and connect directly to the robot controller, enabling fast setup. By enhancing the built-in force/torque sensing of Universal Robots, it delivers greater accuracy and force control, helping integrators and advanced users achieve more precise and reliable results in demanding automation tasks.
The kit comes with a URCap, meaning no additional software integration needed. It is fully backward compatible with existing UR force control programs, so integrators can instantly improve their current applications. And for those new to force control, example programs make it easy to get started with precision automation.
