Product Overview
MiniONE Pro 6-Axis Force-Torque Sensor
The MiniONE is an ultra-sensitive 6-axis Force Torque sensor — the most sensitive in our lineup — designed to enhance robots with sub-micrometer accuracy for the most demanding precision applications. Developed to meet the growing need for ultra-fine control in advanced automation, it delivers unmatched resolution and noise performance.
As part of our Generation A family, MiniONE Pro combines our proven sensing technology with our new FTstack™ software and configuration tool for instant setup. It is available in two communication variants — EtherCAT and Ethernet— ensuring seamless integration across a wide range of systems and as a dedicated kit for the Meca500 robot, combining plug-n-play installation with ready-to-use robot programs.
The MiniONE Pro excels in micro-assembly, alignment, and face-matching applications within the optical, laser, and semiconductor industries. The Ethernet variant supports Ethernet IP, Modbus and USB communication for universal compatibility, while the EtherCAT variant is tailored for EtherCAT networks.
