SensONE 6-Axis Force-Torque Sensor

The SensONE is an industrial 6-axis Force Torque sensor — the easiest to integrate in our lineup — designed to accelerate force-sensitive industrial applications. Created to meet the growing need for an F/T sensor that can easily retrofit to medium payload robots with ISO flange.

As part of our Generation A family, SensONE combines our proven sensing technology with our new FTstack™ software and configuration tool for instant setup. It is available in two communication variants — EtherCAT and Industrial — and two range options, offering either high sensitivity or high measuring range. SensONE is offered as a kit for UR, Franka, Stäubli, Kuka, Kassow and Piper robots.

The SensONE excels in assembly, alignment, phase and face-matching applications within the industrial and lab automation industry. The Industrial variant supports Ethernet, Modbus, Serial, and USB communication for broad compatibility, while the EtherCAT variant is optimized for EtherCAT networks, enabling precise synchronization and daisy-chaining across multiple devices.
