Bota Systems’ PixONE recognized as winner of EDGE Award

Bota Systems, a pioneer in multi-axis force torque sensors, is honoured to announce its PixONE sensor has been chosen as a winner in the 2024 EDGE Awards, in the category Robotics & Motion Control.

The 2024 EDGE Awards program celebrates outstanding innovation in product design and function for the engineering industry. EDGE Award winners are chosen by the qualified readers of Machine Design, Electronic Design, Power & Motion, Microwaves & RF, Vision Systems Design, Laser Focus World, and Military + Aerospace Electronics. Winners, honourees, nominees, and the Leading Edge Award are revealed every fall.

The PixONE is an industrial lightweight force torque sensor that measures on 6 axes, provided in a compact housing which is dust-proof and water-resistant. It includes embedded electronics, an inertial measurement (IMU) and temperature sensors. The PixONE is designed for applications in automation used for polishing, assembly and pick-and-place and for humanoid robots.
